Job summary

TSG Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at McAlister’s Deli in Tyler, TX. You will oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts, coach front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and drive guest satisfaction through Genuine Hospitality.

Only one year of management experience is required, with 50-hour weeks and opportunities for advancement into management and leadership roles within a growing restaurant group.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year

Requirements:
