Job Description
Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets. Responsible for personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, and discharging staff. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain inventory and supplies.

• Create, monitor, and forecast departmental profit and loss reports.
• Monitor service quality to meet established standards.
• Develop menu concepts and restaurant designs.
• Taste food samples for quality control.
• Support and motivate front and back of house managers.
• Investigate customer complaints related to food quality.
• Make purchasing decisions for products and equipment.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Purchasing.
• Implement projects to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of service standards, beverages, and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
