Job Description

Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets. Responsible for personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, and discharging. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards. Maintain proper supplies and conduct inventory as prescribed.

1. Create, monitor, and forecast daily and monthly departmental profit and loss reports.
2. Monitor service quality to ensure guest service standards are met.
3. Develop and maintain menu concepts and restaurant design.
4. Taste food samples regularly.
5. Lead, motivate, and support front and back of house managers.
6. Address complaints related to food quality or preparation.
7. Make product and equipment purchasing decisions that benefit the hotel.
8. Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Purchasing Director.
9. Initiate projects to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
