McAlisters Deli in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager on the path to leadership. This role focuses on coaching front-of-house and kitchen teams, delivering guest experiences, and driving daily operations with genuine hospitality.

Experience in management is required (1 year). You’ll lead shifts, hire and train staff, monitor labor and costs, and build our business through service excellence and safety standards. Eligible for performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year

Requirements

• One year of management related experience
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts
