Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the restaurant delivers excellent guest experiences and maintains operational standards.
• Managing daily restaurant operations, team training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Upholding service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Handling guest and team member concerns professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation.
• Open availability, able to work 5+ days, 32-48 hours/week, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Management experience (1-3 years) required; restaurant management preferred.
• Successful background check.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and team interaction ability.

Physical and Capabilities Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
• Effective communication skills and environmental awareness.
