Job summary

Burger King Avondale, PA seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, manage a team of 20–45, and ensure high standards of guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will supervise Shift Coordinators and Team Members, monitor inventory, uphold cash controls, and coach staff to improve performance and service speed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.

Responsibilities

• Act as operations leader focused on profitability, guest service, people development and operations management.

Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM)Location: Avondale, PAPosition OverviewThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the operations leader of the restaurant, focused on profitability, guest service, people development, and operations management. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
