Responsibilities

• Assists GM with recruiting store associates to ensure the store is well staffed.
• Trains store associates on company policies, procedures, and operations standards.
• Develops associates for future career progression and identifies potential successors.
• Brand awareness: executes national and local marketing initiatives and ensures new products meet standards.
• Shares responsibility for store financial results and ensures cash handling, labor, and food costs stay within budget.
• Assists with financial and inventory reports and performs cash register opening/closing procedures.
