White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations and training staff. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests and maintaining brand standards across F&B service.

You will oversee training, monitor morale, and help manage budgets and forecasting to maximize satisfaction and efficiency. This position emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and strong hands-on supervision.

As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily operations, training staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Report to the Restaurant General Manager and support associates by directing daily operations and creating an excellent guest experience.
• Oversee and ensure the proper training of all F&B personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines.
• Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of all F&B personnel.
• Ensure food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs are in line with budget.
• Oversee Food and Beverage operations during meal periods, ensuring tasks such as cooking, clearing tables, serving, taking orders, delivering room service, and cleaning are performed in accordance with brand standards.
• Assist with or issue accurate weekly forecasts to enable the creation of effective plans and schedules that maximize guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager.
