White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will lead in staff training, ensure brand standards, and help optimize guest satisfaction across all F&B activities.

You will oversee costs, forecasts, and dining room service during peak hours, while fostering a positive team culture and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.
• Passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Interest in training and developing future F&B leaders.
• Extensive knowledge of F&B operational procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt.

As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily operations, training staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Report to the Restaurant General Manager and support associates by directing daily operations and creating an excellent guest experience.
• Oversee and ensure the proper training of all F&B personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines.
• Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of all F&B personnel.
• Ensure food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs are in line with budget.
• Oversee Food and Beverage operations during meal periods, ensuring tasks such as cooking, clearing tables, serving, taking orders, delivering room service, and cleaning are performed in accordance with brand standards.
• Assist with or issue accurate weekly forecasts to enable the creation of effective plans and schedules that maximize guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager.
