Job summary

Qdoba in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to help the General Manager drive sales, profits, and exceptional Guest service. You will assist with interviewing and hiring, training teams, and enforcing policies while maintaining a safe, clean, and energetic restaurant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety certification preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills required.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing all duties of a cook, a line server, and a cashier.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Manage record keeping procedures and meet corporate expectations.
• Control cost of goods and labor.
• Support interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Train Team Members on operations, policies, and Guest service.
• Escalate concerns to the General Manager.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for employees and Guests.
