White Lodging’s Conner's Kitchen+Bar inside the Marriott Indianapolis is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Assistant General Manager. Lead daily F&B operations, coach a high-performing team, and uphold an exceptional dining experience in one of Indy's premier hospitality settings.

You’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager, train staff, manage costs, forecast demand, and ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards, and smooth service across meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/F&B management preferred.
• Hands-on leader with guest-service focus.
• Ability to train and develop F&B staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee training of all F&B personnel.
• Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of staff.

What You'll Do

• Report to the Restaurant General Manager and support associates by directing daily operations and creating an excellent guest experience
• Oversee and ensure proper training of all F&B personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines
• Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of all F&B personnel
• Ensure food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs stay in line with budget
• Oversee Food and Beverage operations during meal periods — cooking, clearing tables, serving, taking orders, delivering room service, and cleaning — in accordance with brand standards
• Assist with or issue accurate weekly forecasts to support effective planning and scheduling that maximizes guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager
