White Lodging at JW Marriott Indianapolis is hiring a hospitality team member to greet guests, seat guests, and ensure a positive dining experience. You’ll help assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming entryway.

You’ll need an outgoing personality, strong communication, and a passion for service, with the ability to work under pressure, stand long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure dining satisfaction.

• Ambassador of the establishment with neat, professional appearance.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
