Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for an Assistant General Manager with 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

Job Summary

Supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional guest and team experience. Oversees FOH and BOH teams, drives sales and cost control, and ensures smooth day-to-day execution.
