Potential yearly Bonus: $6,500 ($500 per period) cash, plus $6,500 deferred.

A Day In The Life

The Assistant General Manager is a vital asset to Via 313. They are responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives, supervising staff, and maintaining positive customer relations. They assist with daily operations, ensure quality food service, and uphold company standards.

• Lead the execution of the brand daily
• Be competent in all front-of-house and back-of-house positions
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Drive same-store sales growth
• Monitor line speed using transaction times
• Serve as the primary contact for customer service and manage customer reviews
• Oversee quality food execution following proper procedures and standards
• Attend weekly management meetings
• Review weekly employee schedules
• Assist the General Manager with reports, staffing, online ordering, and inventory
• Understand and embody Via 313's culture
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and security standards, maintaining a neat appearance
• Ensure all employees follow policies outlined in the employee handbook
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail
