Job summary

Penn Station Shadyside is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. This full-time role reports to the General Manager and offers $55,000–$60,000/year with a 50-hour workweek.

You will develop a young team, reinforce strong systems, and keep the operation running smoothly during high-volume shifts. The position is ideal for someone aiming to grow into a General Manager by leading with consistency, coaching with impact, and executing with excellence.
