Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a hands-on, high-energy leader with 5+ years in full-service restaurant management. This role leads by coaching and developing teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maintaining high standards across food, service, and safety.

You will partner with the GM on financials, staffing, and growth initiatives, with a clear path toward a General Manager role.

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

• Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls.
• Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives.
• Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people.
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan.
• Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales.
• Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door.

• GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
• AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k

In the Pit

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and dining room. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
