Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Anderson, SC seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will recruit and develop a winning team, ensure flawless execution of standards, and drive year-over-year sales growth with tight cost control.

You will coach staff daily, partner with the catering team to deepen community roots, and uphold our Core Values of Respect, Honesty, Commitment, Discipline, and Support as you steer operations on site.

• GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
• AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k
