Job summary

Fazoli's in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the Fazoli's guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager and team to ensure restaurant success and guest satisfaction.

This role is designed for individuals prepared to develop into a future General Manager, with a focus on leadership, training, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 or older.
• 4–6 weeks paid training at certified location.
• External candidates: 12+ months restaurant management experience; casual dining preferred.
• Internal candidates: 6+ months as Fazoli's Assistant Manager.
• All candidates must have open availability for all shifts.

What Do We Do?

As Assistant General Manager, You Will Work Closely With Your General Manager And Team To Ensure The Success Of Your Fazoli's Restaurant. In This Role You Are Preparing For, And Developing To Become, a Future General Manger. In Order To Fulfill This Important Role Successfully You Will Need The Following:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years of age of older.
• Experience and Training: 4 to 6 weeks paid training required at our certified training location
• External Candidates: 12+ months previous restaurant management experience required. Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred, but not required.
• Internal Candidates: 6+ months of experience as a successful Fazoli's Assistant Manager.
• All Candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operation.
