Red Robin in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations and uphold our hospitality standards.

You will lead a high-energy team, drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and contribute to continuous improvement, with uncapped bonus opportunities, great benefits, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• 2 years of management experience
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; motivate, inspire and develop a dedicated team
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strides for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.
