Job Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, including guest service, finance, inventory, safety, and HR.
• Lead and maintain employee performance standards.
• Oversee onboarding and hiring of new team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant software: scheduling, inventory, POS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred).
• TIPs Alcohol Certification (preferred).
