Compensation Range: $55,000.00 - $68,800.00
The Restaurant Assistant General Manager is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner to ensure seamless daily operations with a commitment to excellence. As a brand ambassador and the second in command, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers, and create a memorable experience for guests and team members. The role also involves promoting a positive culture and continuous improvement.
