You will direct hourly teams, manage costs, and champion a memorable guest experience while maintaining core values and coordinating with the management team for timely results. This role requires leadership, flexibility, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
