Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Texas is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact results and guest experience. You will develop hourly team members, lead recruiting, coaching, and training, and ensure staff deliver a memorable guest experience while maintaining core values.

The role requires 50-hour work weeks, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to manage costs

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
