Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and performs regular stock inspections.
• Places and receives inventory orders.
• Maintains restaurant assets and ensures preventative maintenance per standards.
• Enforces cash control and security procedures (cash drawers, safe counting).
• Coaches and develops Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Directs the team toward efficient preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Upholds all operational and brand standards.
