Miss J’s Cafe in Virginia is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, delivering excellent guest service, ensuring food quality and safety, and motivating a positive team.

You will help with opening/closing, supervise front- and back-of-house staff, and contribute to staffing, scheduling, and training. This role offers growth opportunities and weekly pay in a bustling diner environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role in restaurants.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in daily operations including opening/closing.
