JOEY Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Administrator in California to lead a small office team, partner with management on policies and payroll, and drive administrative excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a small but impactful team in our restaurant’s office. You’ll be the go-to person for partners and managers when it comes to policies, payroll, and administrative processes.
• Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and make sure our people have everything they need to succeed.
• Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks.
• Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Address any operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities.
• Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
