What You Will Accomplish

We are looking for a passionate culinarian to join our team. If you have a passion for cooking and a year of experience in culinary arts, we want to hear from you! As a Level II Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations during evening shifts. You will prepare and execute high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. From food preparation to final presentation, you will ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our standards of excellence.

What You Will Bring

The ability to:

  1. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling sauces and other essentials.
  2. Cook dishes according to established recipes and specifications.
  3. Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  4. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
  6. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  7. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary.
  8. Collaborate with other cooks and team members to develop new menu items and specials.
  9. Work independently on the line.
Great If you have
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  2. Strong knowledge cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  6. Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
