Job summary

Shine Cleaning Service Inc is seeking a Rest Area Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for travelers. This part-time, in-person role focuses on restroom, common area, and grounds upkeep, with attention to safety and hygiene.

You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and assist with light maintenance to ensure a positive traveler experience. Previous janitorial experience is preferred, and the role offers paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, picnic areas, parking lots, and common spaces using cleaning tools.
• Perform trash removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Maintain floors via buffing and floor care to keep areas professional.
• Monitor for maintenance issues and report promptly for repair.
• Restock supplies like towels, soap, and toilet paper; assist with light repairs as needed.
