Position Overview

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Janitorial Maintenance Technician to perform general janitorial activities at Rest Areas in Broward County, FL. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of rest area interiors, scheduling, preparing work areas, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of all work zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
• Proficiency with smartphones and computers (email, work orders, maintenance management)
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Schedule and Compensation

Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, with availability for nights and weekends as needed. Salary ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include health & dental insurance, vision discounts, 401(k), paid leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and more.
