TE Wire & Cable LLC in Saddle Brook, NJ is hiring a Respool Operator for first shift. You will set up and run respooling equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient production in person at our Saddle Brook facility.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and some prior manufacturing or extrusion/wire experience. We offer medical, dental, HSA/FSA, a 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and parental leave.

Pay Range $18.00- $21.00 (depending on experience)

Position Summary: Respool Operator

The Respool Operator is responsible for setting up and operating respooling equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
• Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
• Accurately maintain production reports and records
• Always follow all safety rules and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
• Ability to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background check
