A leading industrial organization in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking an extrusion machine operator for the 3rd shift. The role involves operating and monitoring machines, setting up equipment, and performing inspections to ensure quality. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, knowledge of extrusion processes, and a commitment to safety. Now Hiring for: 3rd Shift (M-F 11:30pm-8:00am).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines for thermocouple wire insulation.
• Set up extrusion equipment, including dies, feeds, and temperature controls, to meet product specifications.
• Inspect wire for proper dimensions, surface quality, and consistency throughout production runs.
• Perform regular quality checks using micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, adjust machine settings, and resolve production problems as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area.
• Document production data, machine settings, and quality results accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs if required.
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable working around machinery, heat, and noise (with proper PPE provided).

Shift Details

3rd Shift work week starts on Monday‑Friday; hours are 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM.

Paid Training

Paid Training will be from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM. Training lasts 60 to 90 days, then transitions to overnight.
