As a Security Ambassador – Response, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Part time, 2nd shift, Thursday through Sunday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Responsibilities of a Response Security Ambassador

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Conduct officer safety checks and ensure post personnel are performing duties in accordance with company and client expectations
• Perform site inspections to verify adherence to post orders, appearance standards, and operational readiness
• Serve as a field leader and first point of contact for officers requiring assistance, guidance, or performance correction
• Support incident investigations by collecting statements, reviewing footage, and submitting field reports
• Maintain communication with scheduling, operations, and management to coordinate field activity and resolve issues
• Assist with field training and mentoring of new officers as needed

Qualifications for Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• Prior experience as an SRO, mobile patrol officer, or in a similar field leadership role preferred
