Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide one-on-one supports for a male teen in Marathon, WI. Respite care may occur at the home, with community outings encouraged to enhance daily living and independence.

The role involves safety, routine maintenance, and enjoyable activities, with a flexible afternoon/evening/weekend schedule and a pay of $14.13 per hour. Male applicants are encouraged to apply.

This teen loves going to Parks, Hiking and Fishing, sensory items, Trains and Construction equipment trucks.

Wages: $14.13 per hour

Hours:

• 3 hours a week
• Afternoon, Evenings, and Weekends
• Flexible Schedule

Job Duties:

• Safety Awareness

Job Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Criminal/Caregiver background check.
• Valid Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
• Compassionate individual with caregiving or mentoring experience preferred
• Be detail oriented and prepared to give all attention to the teen
• Ability to remain active & Be fast on your feet and ready to keep up!
