Job summary

Home of Guiding Hands is hiring a Program Support Analyst to back our Respite Services team. The role blends customer service, client intake, administrative support, staff coordination, data tracking, and problem-solving to ensure high-quality client services.

You’ll work with families, respite staff, case workers, and program leadership to ensure clients receive needed services. A strong Excel and data-keeping background is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Social services experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Salesforce and Paycom experience a plus; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from clients, families, employees, and case workers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Complete new client intakes.
• Match clients with respite staff.
• Process records and maintain accurate information in the respite database.
• Assist with employee applications and interviews.
• Process and review employee timesheets.
• Monitor authorized client service hours and staff compliance.
• Help train employees on timekeeping, client hours, care expectations, and technology.
• Generate reports and organize information using Excel.
• Review data to identify follow-up needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the Respite program.
• Participate in community outreach to share HGH services and employment opportunities.
