Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a dedicated direct-service professional for the Restoration Center Respite in Lowell, MA. The role focuses on helping Persons Served overcome barriers to independent living and implementing treatment plan interventions under supervision.

You will maintain a safe, clean environment, and support community access for PS, including transportation using company or personal vehicles, while adhering to safety and licensing standards. Collaboration with Respite staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct service role in a residential respite setting.
• Experience with recovery-oriented, harm-reduction approaches preferred.
• Driving requirement with ability to transport Persons Served (PS).

Responsibilities

• Orient PS new to the Respite and coordinate with program staff.
• Implement PS Treatment Plan interventions as directed by supervision.
• Perform day-to-day assignments from the Program Director and maintain safety standards.
• Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive approaches with PS.
• Complete required documentation and participate in trainings and supervision.
• Develop professional relationships with community resources and other providers.
• Transport PS to community appointments and ensure safe transportation.
