Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• ECPC 3.0 – Level 1 required, Level 2 preferred.
• EQIT and/or IPS training preferred.
• Reliable team member with strong communication.
• Adaptable, solutions oriented, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise children with developmental disabilities ages 6 weeks - 18 years.
• Lead child care activities and support individual needs.
• Maintain care records and confidentiality; administer medications after training and 3 months of employment.
• Communicate with parents daily and coordinate with team.
• Complete household duties to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
• Oversee children and volunteers.
