Job summary

Ideal candidates should have relevant experience, possess strong communication skills, and be adaptable. Additional qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth aged 4–20 with developmental disabilities.
• Must be reliable, patient, and adaptable.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and care to youth with developmental disabilities during evenings and weekends.
• Engage youth in safe and enriching activities.
• Support daily living tasks as needed.

Skills

Experience working with children or youth with developmental disabilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Education

Related education or training in special education, psychology, social work, or related field
