Job summary

Ohel Respite Programs are seeking caring staff to work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities living at home in the community. Flexible full-time and part-time after-school hours in Highland Park, Passaic and Bergen County. Driving and English communication skills preferred and essential respectively.

Experience helpful but not required; benefits include 403B, PTO, health insurance for full-time staff, with eligibility based on hours worked and plan rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to adults with developmental disabilities in the community.

Ohel Respite Programs are looking for creative dedicated and responsible male and female staff to work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities who live at home in your community. Experience and driving strongly preferred but not required. Good English communication skills a must. Flexible full time and part time after school hours located in Highland Park, Passaic and Bergen County.

Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements.

Salary: $18.75- $20.75 per hour
