Job summary

Ohel Respite Programs is seeking caring male and female staff to work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities in the community. Driving and English communication skills are preferred, with flexible full-time and part-time after-school hours available in Highland Park, Passaic and Bergen County.

Experience is welcome but not required. Applicants should be reliable, patient, and able to work independently while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Ohel Respite Programs are looking for creative dedicated and responsible male and female staff to work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities who live at home in your community. Experience and driving strongly preferred but not required. Good English communication skills a must. Flexible full time and part time after school hours located in Highland Park, Passaic and Bergen County.

Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements.

Salary: $18.75- $20.75 per hour
