Job summary

Ohel Respite Programs are seeking caring staff to work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities living at home in the community. Flexible full-time and part-time after-school hours in Highland Park, Passaic and Bergen County. Driving and English communication skills preferred and essential respectively.

Experience helpful but not required; benefits include 403B, PTO, health insurance for full-time staff, with eligibility based on hours worked and plan rules.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Driving preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to adults with developmental disabilities in the community.
• Assist with daily activities as appropriate.
• Participate in after-school hours scheduling and reporting.
