Job summary

Circle the City seeks a Director of Respite Operations in Phoenix to lead the medical respite center's day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and meet financial and regulatory targets. Qualifications

• BSN required; AZ RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare environment; 3 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of the respite center to ensure timely, professional service.
• Leads a licensed nursing and support staff; conducts annual skills assessments.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, overtime, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Manages inventory and purchasing of medical supplies; ensures regulatory compliance and licensing standards.
• Coordinates admissions/discharges and responds to provider requests for operational improvements.
• Prepares reports for senior leadership and supports performance improvement initiatives.
