Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.

• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Help clients handle personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping and laundry.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take medications at the right times.
• Assist with shopping and putting away groceries or shop for them.
• Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with clients.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including doctor visits and walking.
