Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Paso Robles, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities. You will provide daily care with compassion, helping clients gain independence and confidence.

Starting part-time (20–25 hours/week) with a path to full-time as needs arise; training is provided so you can grow within the center. Competitive hourly pay and supportive team members await.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: M-F 2-8 pm
