360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Palmdale, CA. You will support children and teens with developmental disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community, helping them grow socially and independently.

Training is provided, with clear pathways to leadership. The role starts part-time (15–20 hours/week) with potential to expand to full-time, depending on center needs and availability.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19 – $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: Monday - Saturday or Sunday 2p-10p, Monday - Saturday or Sunday 10pm-6am
