Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Fresno for a part-time, hybrid role. You’ll assist children and teens with developmental disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community, with paid training and clear growth opportunities.

You’ll start with 10–15 hours per week, with potential to move to full-time based on center needs. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.50 per hour, plus incentive pay and mileage/phone reimbursements.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases

Schedule Needs: Mon-Friday after 1pm Sat/Sunday after 12pm
