Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Arizona state licensure as PA or NP (or eligibility).
• Board certification in respective discipline is preferred.
• Experience with underserved populations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by gathering histories, performing exams, and documenting findings.
• Develop differential diagnoses and management plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Promote wellness through screening and preventive care; address barriers for homelessness.
• Coordinate care via multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and ensure timely charting.
