Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved).

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses.
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Engage with residents, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals.
