Baptist Health in Florida is seeking a Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy/Pulmonary to coordinate and lead all respiratory services, pulmonary lab and rehab across the hospital. The role requires independent judgment, adherence to SOPs and effective collaboration with the healthcare team.

You will lead the respiratory therapy team, manage hiring, scheduling and performance, and contribute to budget planning.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP required per department standards.
• Minimum 3 years of Clinical/Leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates and plans all activities for respiratory services, pulmonary lab and pulmonary rehab across the hospital.
• Leads the respiratory therapy team, including hiring, disciplinary actions, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Assists in budget development and long-range plans for the department.
• Performs therapy treatments as required to meet patient needs.
