Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting Respiratory Therapists and staff.
• Managing staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Conducting staff evaluations, coaching, and performance write-ups as needed.
• Overseeing respiratory documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans.
• Providing emergency respiratory care and resuscitation when needed.
• Ensuring adherence to infection control and regulatory requirements.
