Job summary

Oviedo Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Supervisor Respiratory Therapy to lead cardiopulmonary services in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will supervise diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care, EKG, holter monitoring and pulmonary function procedures, ensuring compliance with department policies and patient-centered care.

Required certifications include neonate resuscitation, ACLS, BCLS, and PALS with deadlines to obtain as noted.

Qualifications

• Neonate resuscitation certification required within 6 months of start date.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct EKG, holter monitor and pulmonary function testing per policy.
• Maintain standards of care within the Cardiopulmonary Department.
